It may come as no surprise that the France Loto winner (who claims that he was born under a 'lucky star') is continuing to play the France Loto and is in fact planning on winning it for a THIRD time?

My chances of winning are pretty remote, as I am too erratic re which numbers I choose and when I actually play them. I don't really expect to win but I certainly can't if I donm't try at all.
